With impressive pass rates ALS must be doing something right!

All our trainers are participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure their knowledge and skills are up to date. We measure the success of our training by the delegate pass rate and our target is 100%. Every delegate is given all necessary support to ensure that they achieve the best possible results.

ALS holds all course material on record so that the client may verify the content and suitability at a future date if necessary. Delegate attendance and course feedback forms are forwarded to clients, copies of which are retained on file.

At ALS we believe that health and safety training should be as interesting and stimulating as possible. We seek to engage each delegate and maintain a high level of interest by using up to date training techniques. Our trainers have extensive experience and are able to relate training issues to actual workplace incidents.

ALS training and courses

We offer IOSH, BOHS and CIEH training courses, which are certificated by the awarding bodies. We also provide our own certificated courses, including DSE, Train the Manual Handling Trainer, Manual Handling Techniques, Confined Space Hazard Awareness and Health & Safety Awareness. We can undertake a training needs analysis to identify your training requirements and also tailor our training to meet your specific needs. We deliver both public and in-house training courses. Training delivered on your premises for a number of people can make it more convenient and cost effective.

Whether you have staff that require a basic level of training or competency in specific areas of H&S we can help with all your training needs. We offer training courses from general awareness right through to management training.

Bespoke Training Courses

If a client has specific training needs, or a course is required outside the remit of accredited training, we can devise a bespoke package to suit their requirements. We can also adapt existing courses to cover different workplace issues.
